The Club de Atletismo San Pablo de Sevilla, promoter of the 31st edition of the Medio Maraton de Sevilla, to be held on the 25th January 2026. Anyone over 18 years of age on that date may participate, regardless of sex or nationality, and who complies with the regulations of the RFEA, FAA, AIMS and World Athletics.
The circuit is 21,097 metres long, approved by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation and World Athletics. The start and finish line will be located at Paseo de las Delicias in Seville. It will be run on asphalt and paved terrain.
The race will start at 09:00 hours, the cut off time will be 3 hours, and the finish line will be closed at 12:00 hours.
Registration: Fees, dates and number of bibs.
The registration dates will be between 31st January 2025 and 16th January 2026 or until the 20,000 bibs available have been sold out.

Participants must be in possession of a federative licence, or a one day licence for the race day. Those participants who are not in possession of such a licence prior to the race may acquire the day's federative licence during the registration process.
In the case of multiple or staggered starts, the classifications will be made using the net time from the moment of crossing the start line to the moment of crossing the finish line.
There will be a percentage of places reserved at a reduced price of 50% for athletes with disabilities (from 33%) or special economic difficulties: long-term unemployment (6 months) resident in the Municipality of Seville.
Conditions for registration at a reduced price for athletes with disabilities:
- Over 18 years of age on the day of the race.
- Degree of recognised disability equal to or greater than 33%.
- Official certificate of degree of disability must be attached directly to the registration on the website.
Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the registration.
Conditions for registration at a reduced price for the long-term unemployed from 6 months:
- Over 18 years of age on the day of the race.
- Registered in the city of Seville.
- Situation of long-term unemployment, from 6 consecutive months.
- The unemployment certificate issued by the SAE (Andalusian Employment Service) indicating the duration of the demand must be attached to the registration on the website.
Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the registration.

Through this website you will be able to reserve numbers for your athletes, making the payment once you have the final list of registered athletes. These pre-registrations will be accepted as long as they formalise the payment and close the list before 30/11/2026.
Clubs must enter their tax details in the application form to access the portal in order to register. The Organisation reserves the right to request the necessary information from the Club regarding its constitution.
No modifications to this list will be admitted, and any subsequent registration will be considered as an independent runner. The financial payment will also be made in a unified form and the name of the participating Club must appear on the entry form.
To be able to collect the bibs as a Club, they must have a minimum of 5 registered members.
The clubs will have the unified documentation in an envelope containing the list of registered participants, bib number, as well as the bib numbers of the different runners. It must be collected by an accredited person in charge who will sign for the withdrawal of all the documentation, on presentation of the confirmation message from the Organisation and proof of payment.

Ownership of the bib.
Registration is personal and non-transferable and implies full acceptance of these regulations, as well as the purchase conditions. The registered athlete who cannot attend the race may not transfer the rights to participate to another person.
The sizes of the commemorative garments will be delivered in strict order of collection of the bib-chip and according to the size requested at the time of registration. The Organisation does not guarantee to be able to deliver to all participants the requested size of t-shirt, since the start of production of the t-shirts takes place on dates well before the closing of registrations.
Once the runner collects the runner's bag with his commemorative gift garment and leaves the runner's fair, the organisation will understand that the size has been accepted and no change will be required.
At the time of registration, a cancellation insurance can be purchased for a cost of €4. This will grant the right to cancel and request a full refund of the amount paid until January 9, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued. The insurance fee is non-refundable.
If the cancellation insurance has not been purchased, a refund of the registration fee can still be requested, but with a 50% penalty. The deadline to request a refund is January 9, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
The refund request must be made through the corresponding link found in the registration confirmation email.
The bib numbers and the bag will be delivered exclusively at the Runner's EXPO, in a place to be determined with sufficient time by the organization, on January 23 and 24, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They cannot be delivered outside these dates and times under any circumstances.
The rules that govern during the celebration of the runner's fair will be those determined by the organization to ensure the safety of the participants.
Bib numbers will not be delivered on the day of the race, only on the days and times indicated in the previous paragraph.
To collect bib numbers, you must present the payment confirmation email, along with your ID. Another person may be authorized to collect them, who must present the aforementioned documents along with an express authorization from the holder and a photocopy of his/her ID.

Expiration:
The delivery of trophies and gifts expire after 30 calendar days.
To collect the awards, the race number and the identification of the winner by means of a National Identity Document or similar official document will be requested.
The popular awards for the rest of the categories will be determined by the Organisation, days before the race, in its media. (Social Networks and Official Media).
To appear in the classifications, it is necessary to have passed through all the controls established by the Organisation and judges.
The classifications are provisional until the judges declare them definitive.
Accumulation of trophies
The prizes for the general classification are not cumulative with those of the specific category in which the athlete participates.
The Organisation may request accreditation from the winners, any data that appears in the registration application and that could affect the classification.
The provisional classifications will be published on a board provided by the Organisation next to the arrival area and/or podium, these being the sole and exclusive competence of the members of the RFEA Judges Committee. They will also be published later on the official website.
Complaints affecting positions in the classification with prize money must be submitted in writing to the Referee within a maximum period of 30 minutes from the publication of the classifications, who will deal with the complaint.
Other complaints must be sent in writing to the Organisation's email info@mediomaratondesevilla.es, to the attention of the Referee, before the Wednesday following the race.
The Organisation will communicate the decisions of the Referee within a maximum period of 10 days, from which the classifications will be considered final. Therefore, all trophies and prizes will be provisional until that time.
Participants must wear the bib visibly on their chest, without touching up, manipulating or folding it.
These bibs must be used as they were delivered, without cuts, folds or any concealment. They may be perforated to help air circulation, but perforations must not be made in the characters or numbers that appear on them.
The bibs have a disposable chip incorporated, so they may not be folded, manipulated or altered in any way, including their advertising. The race time will only be recorded if the bib-chip is correctly placed on the front of the torso or chest.
No participant will be allowed to take part in the race if they do not have the appropriate bib and identification.
The Organisation may withhold the delivery of prizes, trophies and gifts in the event of claims and it is necessary to clarify them.
The following will be grounds for disqualification:
The medical service of the event and the referees are authorised to withdraw from the race any athlete who shows signs of poor physical condition.
Disqualified athletes will not be able to have access to trophies or gifts. The Organization reserves the right to veto the participation, in subsequent editions, of those who are disqualified.
All persons who participate in the race will be given a commemorative garment and a runner's bag.
Participants in the race will have access to the discounts and promotions that the Organisation may agree with sponsors. These agreements, if any, will be published on the race website.
In order to access the gifts, it will be necessary to present the race number and identify oneself with a National Identity Document or similar document.
The commemorative bag and garment will be available within the periods provided for the collection of numbers and upon presentation of the same.
The Organisation cannot guarantee the availability of sizes because the production of the commemorative garments is carried out on dates prior to the total number of registrations. Delivery will be made in accordance with the information indicated on the registration receipt while stocks last, at which time it may be replaced by another size. The garment delivered cannot be exchanged once accepted by the runner, nor will changes in size be allowed with respect to those indicated in the registration.
The finisher medal will be given to runners who complete the race
The route will be signposted with auxiliary personnel who will indicate turns or changes of direction.
Each kilometre point will be signposted.
There will be liquid refreshment posts at kilometre points 5, 10, 15.5, 18.5 and the finish.
The start line will be organised by areas delimited according to the times that runners plan to make. In order to access the first boxes, it will be necessary to prove the time obtained in races with similar characteristics.
The race will have medical services consisting of an emergency medical team, a mobile ICU and various advanced coordination teams in the number determined by the regulations. They will be located at the starting line, at kilometer points 5, 10, 15.5, 18.5 and the finish line. In addition and for greater safety, there will be a medical service at the end of the race.
The Organization recommends that all participating athletes undergo a medical examination prior to the race, as all participants accept the risks derived from the athletics sporting activity.
Any athlete with health problems is obliged to notify the Organization in advance and in writing, mark their bib with a red cross and state their name, address, telephone number and health problem they suffer from.
The Organisation will provide the following services to runners:
For reasons of security and as a condition for admission, the Organisation staff at the cloakroom service may request, for reasons of security and as a condition for admission, that bags be opened before they are deposited in order to supervise your luggage and it must be returned with the identification provided by the Organisation on which the number of the bib is stated.
Luggage will not be returned without the corresponding bib being presented.
Clothes or objects that are not bagged will not be admitted.
A lost and found department will be established which will operate until the facilities close. Recovered objects will be available at the organizer's headquarters for up to one week after the race.
Timing based on chip system.
The only vehicles authorized to follow the race are those designated by the Organization, which will be duly identified.
It is strictly forbidden to follow or accompany the runners on a motorcycle, bicycle, skates or other vehicle to avoid any accidents.
The use of any wheeled apparatus or gadget during the race is not permitted, except for wheelchairs for disabled athletes, which must be approved by the RFEA and admitted by the Organization. The latter must wear a helmet.
Participation in the company of minors or animals is not permitted.
Broom car. The Organization will have a broom car available for use by runners who do not wish to continue the race or who are forced to drop out.
The control and order of the race will be entrusted to the agents of the authority and the authorized personnel of the Organization who will act under their instructions. The runners will be obliged to comply with the rules of this regulation and to the instructions that, for safety, are adopted.
When a runner is not in technical or health conditions to maintain the scheduled time, he will be overtaken by the closing vehicle and must leave the race using the vehicles authorized for this purpose. If he remains on the circuit roads, he must comply with the rules and signs of these, being considered another user of the road.
The organization will distribute the accesses and exit boxes, to guarantee the safety of the participants.
No companion will be allowed access either during the time established for the access of the runners or during the course of the race.
Once the maximum time to complete the race has been reached, the closing of the finish line will be decreed, applying the same criteria as in the previous point.
The maximum time established for the completion of the race is 3 hours.
The Organisation has civil liability insurance to cover all liability for the effects, consequences or liabilities arising from damages, both material and personal, that may be caused by participants on the occasion of the race, to themselves, to other people and even in the event that third parties cause damage to the participant, volunteer or Organisation staff.
Likewise, the athlete declares to be in optimal physical condition to carry out this race and does so under his/her own responsibility, exempting the Organisation from any damages that may be caused by his/her participation in the race. Registering for this race implies full acceptance of these rules.
The race will not be suspended due to adverse weather conditions, unless there is a risk to the physical integrity of the participants or a civil emergency situation occurs. In this case, the Organisation will act at the request of the competent authority and sports judges. The Organisation reserves the right to modify the course, both in its itinerary and in the total distance, schedule, as well as the possibility of postponing or suspending the event for reasons of safety or force majeure, without this constituting a reason for the claim of compensation or damages by the registered participants.
Any runner with medical problems (allergies, special care, etc.) must wear a label or mark with a red cross on their bib in a visible place during the race, and must also write on the back of their bib their name, address, telephone number and specific health problem.
For safety reasons, the runner must communicate in writing and in advance of the medical risk and their bib number to the Organisation before the race is held.
The participant must monitor their health status continuously (including taking their temperature and monitoring any symptoms) from 14 days before. It is recommended that health checks be carried out prior to travel and the competition for all registered athletes and Organisation staff in order to ensure the identification of those people with possible additional risks.
If required by health authorities, proof of health status or vaccination may be requested. Likewise, medical tests prior to participation may be established as part of the COVID19 control protocols.
All participants, by taking part in the start, accept and sign the Disclaimer of Liability, assuming the present Regulations and the Rules of the RFEA, IAAF and FAA. In case of doubt, the criteria of the Judges, the Race Direction and the Organisation will prevail.
All participants, by registering, accept the publication of their basic data (name, surname, number, club, sex and category) for the management of the numbers and the classification of the race, and may appear in the media and on websites, as well as in official photographs and videos of the race. The data may be used by the Main Sponsor.
If the health situation caused by Covid-19 so requires, the measures deemed appropriate will be adopted, always under the protection of the competent authorities, to guarantee the maximum possible safety of both the participants and their companions, the public, sponsors and all the staff that make up the organization of the event (area managers, volunteers, suppliers, judges, media...).
The Start, Finish, refreshment points, services and public areas may be subject to restrictions or modifications according to the COVID-19 protocol determined by the authorities for the time of the event.
Among the measures to be taken could be the reduction of the number of participants, up to a number that is considered safe for the event to take place. In such a case, the right to participate would be associated with the order of registration, with preference given to the first registered runners.
If the health situation were to force the race to be suspended or to reduce the number of participating athletes, the affected runners would have different options, the option of postponing their registration to the next edition in which the race is held or to request a refund of 80% of their registration to offset the costs of the refund and organisation incurred.
At the time of registration, cancellation insurance can be taken out at a cost of €4. This will entitle the participant to cancel and request a 100% refund of the amount paid until 9 January 2026. After this date no refund will be made. The amount of the insurance is non-refundable.

I authorise the Organisation to use any photograph, film, recording or any other form of archiving of my participation in the event, without the right to compensation.
I accept that the Organisation reserves the right to make any modifications necessary for the better management and development of the event.
If I register other people, I have communicated to them the information about the event, I have their authorisation and acceptance of these clauses.
