**WHEN AND WHERE IS THE SEVILLE HALF MARATHON HELD?** 

On January 25, 2026, at 09:00 am. The Start and Finish Line will be located at a location to be determined.

**WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PERIOD?** 

From January 31, 2025, at 10:00 am until January 16, 2026, at 11:59 pm or until all available bibs are sold out (20,000 bibs).

**WHERE CAN I REGISTER?**

On the official event website: www.mediomaratondesevilla.es in the “registration” section.

**WHAT ARE MY REGISTRATION OPTIONS?** 

The registration fee varies depending on the date of registration. Pricing is as follows:

- From 31/01/2025 to 17/04/2025 or until reaching 2,000 registrants .......... €25.00 

- From 18/04/2025 to 18/07/2025 or until reaching 6,000 registrants .......... €30.00 

- From 19/07/2025 to 20/11/2025 or until reaching 10,000 registrants ........ €35.00 

- From 22/11/2025 to 17/01/2026 or until reaching 20,000 registrants ........ €40.00 

- Expo on 24/01/2026 to 25/01/2026 only at the runner's expo .............. €100.00 

A percentage of spots will be reserved at a 50% discount for athletes with disabilities (from 33%) or those experiencing special economic hardship: long-term unemployed (6 months) and residents of the Municipality of Seville.

Clubs may reserve group slots for their members, which must be confirmed by November 30, 2025. If you are a club member, consult your registration coordinator before registering individually. 

Modifications to group lists are not allowed. Any later registrations are considered individual. 

Individual registrations cannot be converted to group/club entries. 

To collect bibs as a club, there must be at least 5 registered members.

**WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE?** 

When registering, you can purchase a cancellation guarantee for €4.00. This allows either a 100% refund or deferral to the next edition. 

Available until January 9, 2026. From 09/01/2026 to 19/01/2026, only deferrals are allowed for those with the cancellation guarantee. 

Cancellation or deferral requests must be sent to inscripciones@deporticket.com.

**WHAT ARE THE RACE CATEGORIES?**

- Sub 20 M / F: Born in 2007 and 2008 (must be 18 on race day) 

- Sub 23 M / F: Born between 2004 and 2006 

- Senior M / F: Born in 2003 or earlier, up to M35 

- Master M/F 35: Age 35 to 39 

- Master M/F 40: Age 40 to 44 

- Master M/F 45: Age 45 to 49 

- Master M/F 50: Age 50 to 54 

- Master M/F 55: Age 55 to 59 

- Master M/F 60: Age 60 to 64 

- Master M/F 65: Age 65 to 69 

- Master M/F 70: Age 70+ 

- Absolute M / F: Includes all categories above 

- Wheelchair athletes M/F 

- Athletes with physical/intellectual disabilities M/F 

*All ages must be met by race day*

**IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE RACE?** 

Yes. The time limit is 3 hours. The finish line closes at 12:00 pm. 

The race has a tail runner pacing at 7 minutes per kilometer. Runners must keep this minimum pace.

**WHAT WILL I FIND AT THE EXPO-RUNNER’S FAIR?** 

You’ll pick up your bib and runner’s bag, and find exhibitors with sports brands. 

Entry is free for runners and their companions. 

The runner's fair will be held in the days prior to the race and will be announced in the event's own media (RRSS, website, etc.).

**WHERE AND WHEN ARE BIBS AND RUNNER’S BAGS DISTRIBUTED?** 

Only during the runner's expo. They will not be available on race day for organizational reasons.

**WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY BIB AND RUNNER’S BAG?** 

To collect your bib: registration receipt and ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.). 

To collect the runner’s bag: you must already have the bib.

**WHAT IF I CAN’T PICK UP MY BIB?** 

Someone else can pick it up for you with: 

- Copy of your registration 

- Copy of your ID 

- Authorization form signed by you 

You can also hire a courier service at your own cost and coordination.

**WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE RUNNER’S BAG?** 

A finisher T-shirt and various gifts from sponsors.

**WILL I GET A RACE SHIRT WITH MY REGISTRATION?** 

Yes, shirts are picked up after collecting your bib, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Size availability is not guaranteed.

**HOW DO I USE MY BIB?** 

It’s your ID for the race. Non-transferable. 

Wear it visibly on your chest, secured at the four corners. Running without a bib is not allowed.

**HOW IS THE RACE TIMED?** 

The bib has a chip on the back. 

You must pass over mats at the start, km 5, 10, 15.5, 18.5, and the finish line. 

The chip is disposable.

**WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?** 

Notify the organization in writing beforehand. 

Mark a red cross on the front of your bib and write your name, address, phone, and condition on the back.

**WHERE ARE THE AID STATIONS?** 

At km 5, 10, 15.5, 18.5, and the finish line. 

They offer water, isotonic drinks, and medical assistance. 

Solid food at the finish line. 

Please don’t overcrowd the first tables.

**WHERE ARE THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE POINTS?** 

At the start, km 5, 10, 15.5, 18.5, and the finish line. 

Medical staff will also be present at the tail end of the race.

**IS THERE A BAG DROP SERVICE?** 

Yes, if authorized. Open from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm near Start/Finish. 

Your bag will be tagged with a number matching your bib.

**ARE THERE TOILETS?** 

Yes, portable toilets at the start/finish and along the course.

**ARE THERE SHOWERS OR CHANGING ROOMS?** 

No, due to organizational reasons.

**HOW DO I GET TO THE START AREA? IS THERE PARKING?** 

Use public transport or carpooling if possible. 

If using a private car, arrive early and avoid race-restricted areas. 

Parking details will be available on the website. 

Access instructions will be published in advance.

**MUST I READ THE RACE RULES BEFORE RUNNING?** 

Yes, reading the rules is mandatory.

**CAN SOMEONE ACCOMPANY ME DURING THE RACE?** 

No. For safety reasons, companions on bikes, skates, etc., are not allowed. 

Only registered runners with bibs are allowed on the course.

**WHERE CAN MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WATCH ME?** 

Anywhere on the route, and at the start/finish. 

There will also be entertainment points.

**ARE THERE STARTING CORRALS?** 

Yes. Corrals are color-coded to match your bib. 

Details will be announced in advance. 

Last day to request a corral change is January 16, 2026.

**WILL THERE BE PACERS?** 

Yes, pacers will aim for finish times of 1h30, 1h40, 1h50, 2h, and 2h10. 

They’ll be at the front of the relevant start corral, identified by balloons.

**IF I CAN’T PARTICIPATE AND DIDN’T GET THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE, CAN I GIVE MY BIB TO SOMEONE ELSE?** 

No. According to our rules, registrations are personal and non-transferable.

**HOW CAN I GET MY RACE PHOTOS?** 

You’ll receive a code on your bib to use on the “PICA” platform (available via our website).

**CAN I USE HEADPHONES DURING THE RACE?** 

It’s not recommended for safety reasons. 

Judges may ask you to remove them if necessary.

**CAN I USE A GPS WATCH OR SMARTWATCH DURING THE RACE?** 

Yes, you may use GPS watches or smartwatches.

**HOW CAN I FIND MY BIB NUMBER?** 

The week of the event, you’ll get an email with instructions. 

Check your inbox and spam folder. 

If you can’t find it, access your registration on the website or go to “Runner Support” at the expo.
